In order to find and hire and retain the best people, you have to clearly define exactly who you are. Identifying – and living out – the company’s vision, purpose, and values will practically lead the right people directly to you. This system will pay for itself many times over if you take the time to properly plan and establish it.
It’s tough to keep up with ever-changing laws, regulations, and guidelines. And if you’re caught off-guard, non-compliance could mean severe penalties, fines, and a whole heap of bad PR.
So establish a system ASAP that helps to maintain compliance of the following:
- FMLA, USERRA, and leaves of absences
- OSHA and workplace safety
- Employee files
- And the list goes on….and on….and on!
The regulations are one of the most overwhelming aspects that our clients face. And understandably so. They are extremely difficult to track without a viable system in place.
